Ens parlen constantment del que ens passa i de com ens relacionem amb el m\u00f3n. La por, per exemple, pot bloquejar-nos i impedir-nos fer coses que volem, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 ens protegeix del perill. Fins i tot quan apareix en situacions que no representen un risc real, ens est\u00e0 donant una pista important: en algun moment, alguna experi\u00e8ncia similar va causar-nos un dany f\u00edsic o emocional que va deixar empremta.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"905\">\n<\/p><p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"905\"><br><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5eb2fd2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5eb2fd2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-babf1f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"babf1f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"905\">Escoltar les emocions, en lloc de negar-les o evitar-les, \u00e9s el primer pas per comprendre\u2019ns millor. I acompanyar els infants en aquesta escolta \u00e9s primordial, ja que no naixem\u00a0sabent identificar ni regular el que sentim i el cervell\u00a0 en desenvolupament t\u00e9 una capacitat per gestionar emocions com la frustraci\u00f3 o la r\u00e0bia limitada. En aquest context, les conegudes \u201crabietes\u201d no s\u00f3n una mala conducta ni una forma de manipulaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 una expressi\u00f3 d\u2019un desbordament emocional que no poden gestionar d\u2019una altra manera. Darrere d\u2019aquestes reaccions hi ha necessitats o desitjos no satisfets, i el paper de l\u2019adult no \u00e9s eliminar-les, sin\u00f3 acompanyar-les amb calma, posar l\u00edmits clars i ajudar a posar paraules al que est\u00e0 passant.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c3c6ee e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0c3c6ee\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52daca0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52daca0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"2112\">Per poder regular una emoci\u00f3, per\u00f2, primer cal recon\u00e8ixer-la. I aix\u00f2 no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil. En infants petits, i tamb\u00e9 en persones amb alexit\u00edmia \u2014una dificultat per identificar i expressar les emocions\u2014, aquest proc\u00e9s pot ser especialment complex. \u00c9s una realitat for\u00e7a present en alguns perfils neurodivergents, on el m\u00f3n emocional pot resultar m\u00e9s dif\u00fas o dif\u00edcil de verbalitzar. Per aix\u00f2, disposar d\u2019eines visuals i concretes que ajudin a connectar el que es sent amb el cos i posar-hi nom \u00e9s clau per avan\u00e7ar cap a una major consci\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9545eb2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9545eb2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbceb6b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bbceb6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2945\">En aquest cam\u00ed tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important diferenciar situacions que, des de fora, poden semblar similars per\u00f2 que tenen or\u00edgens molt diferents. No \u00e9s el mateix una rabieta que un col\u00b7lapse sensorial. En aquest \u00faltim cas, no estem davant d\u2019una reacci\u00f3 emocional en si mateixa, sin\u00f3 d\u2019una resposta fisiol\u00f2gica del sistema nervi\u00f3s davant d\u2019una sobrec\u00e0rrega d\u2019est\u00edmuls. Quan el cervell rep m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 de la que pot processar \u2014soroll, llum, contacte, cansament o estr\u00e8s\u2014, activa mecanismes de defensa a trav\u00e9s del sistema nervi\u00f3s central i estructures com l\u2019am\u00edgdala, entrant en mode d\u2019alerta o superviv\u00e8ncia. En aquest estat, la persona no pot raonar ni controlar la seva conducta de manera volunt\u00e0ria: el cos reacciona amb plor, crits, fugida o bloqueig. Entendre aquesta difer\u00e8ncia \u00e9s essencial per poder oferir l\u2019acompanyament adequat.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7476331 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7476331\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-004b016 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"004b016\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"3427\">Quan el cos entra en aquest estat d\u2019alerta, necessita tornar a sentir-se segur. Respirar de forma lenta i conscient ajuda a regular el sistema nervi\u00f3s i a reduir l\u2019activaci\u00f3, facilitant el retorn a la calma.
