valors o actituds a partir de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia, l&#8217;estudi o la interacci\u00f3 amb l&#8217;entorn. El neurocient\u00edfic cognitu Stanislas Dahene afirma que &#8220;aprendre \u00e9s canviar el cervell [ja que] tot aprenentatge efica\u00e7 deixa una empremta f\u00edsica, observable, en la nostra xarxa neuronal&#8221;. Aix\u00f2 implica que gr\u00e0cies a la plasticitat cerebral i mitjan\u00e7ant la interacci\u00f3 amb el m\u00f3n (mediada pels sentits),&nbsp;&nbsp;les neurones generen connexions sin\u00e0ptiques que es reforcen, modifiquen o eliminen. Aques proc\u00e9s, per\u00f2, no \u00e9s passiu ja que el cervell filtra, completa i interpreta segons l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia pr\u00e8via.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">Tot aprenentatge comen\u00e7a, doncs amb una entrada sensorial, especilament l&#8217;auditiva per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 la visual&#8230; I una percepci\u00f3 alterada pot dificultar la comprensi\u00f3 i la codificaci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3. Si es pot, \u00e9s millor entregar els materials adaptats (dossier amb imatges, ampliacions., presentaci\u00f3 en Power Point..) i fer traspassos amb CREDA, etc.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af9c8fa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"af9c8fa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-235b8c5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"235b8c5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Si l&#8217;alumne en q\u00fcesti\u00f3 t\u00e9 un Desordre del Processament Sensorial cal promoure que hi hagi un ambient adeq\u00fcat per tal d&#8217;evitar el col\u00b7lapse sensorial, tenint en compte el seu perfil sensorial. Per exemple:<\/p><ul><li>Mantenir un nivell de soroll el m\u00e9s baix possible i quan no sigui possible permetre l&#8217;\u00fas de cancel\u00b7ladors de sons.<\/li><li>Privilegiar la llum natural sobre l&#8217;artificial<\/li><li>Permetre l&#8217;\u00fas de &#8220;gadgets&#8221; per a l&#8217;autoregulaci\u00f3<\/li><li>Establir un protocol que el\/la permeti sortir de l&#8217;aula (per exemple anar al bany a rentar-se la cara o sortir al pati durant un parell de minuts) quan comenci a saturar-se i abans d&#8217;arribar al col\u00b7lapse.<\/li><li>Idealment, crear un espai al centre protegit, un aula de regulaci\u00f3 sensorial (pot ser un rac\u00f3 de l&#8217;aula si no es disposa de l&#8217;espai) amb poc soroll, c\u00f2mode, amb coixins, tel\u00b7les, auriculars amb m\u00fasica per a\u00efllar-se del soroll, contes de temes que li resultin interessants (els pot portar de casa), jocs d&#8217;estimulaci\u00f3 sensorial&#8230;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c77a2c6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c77a2c6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3104310 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3104310\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. En els processos\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">atencionals es veuen implicades diferents regions cerebrals, com ara el <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">c\u00f2rtex prefrontal<\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">, que s&#8217;encarrega del control executiu i la inhibici\u00f3 d&#8217;est\u00edmuls no rellevants; el <\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">c\u00f2rtex parietal<\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">, encarregat d&#8217;orientar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3, l&#8217;<\/span><b style=\"font-style: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">am\u00edgdala<\/b><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\"> i el sistema l\u00edmbic (els processos atencionals estan molt relacionats amb l&#8217;emoci\u00f3), entre d&#8217;altres.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"889\">Existeixen diferents formes d\u2019atenci\u00f3, cadascuna amb un paper espec\u00edfic: l\u2019<b>atenci\u00f3 selectiva<\/b> \u00e9s la capacitat de centrar-se en un est\u00edmul concret, tot ignorant-ne d\u2019altres. Per exemple, quan un infant escolta les indicacions del docent tot i que hi ha soroll a l\u2019aula, est\u00e0 utilitzant aquest tipus d\u2019atenci\u00f3. Aquesta funci\u00f3 \u00e9s essencial perqu\u00e8 el cervell pugui prioritzar la informaci\u00f3 que considera m\u00e9s important en cada moment.<\/p><p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"889\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"889\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1546\">L\u2019<b>atenci\u00f3 sostinguda\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0fa refer\u00e8ncia a la capacitat de mantenir el focus durant un per\u00edode de temps prolongat. \u00c9s imprescindible per seguir una explicaci\u00f3 llarga o realitzar una tasca que requereix const\u00e0ncia, com llegir un text o resoldre problemes matem\u00e0tics. En canvi, l\u2019<b>atenci\u00f3 alternant <\/b>implica canviar el focus d\u2019una tasca a una altra: per exemple, llegir una pregunta i despr\u00e9s buscar-ne la resposta en un gr\u00e0fic. Finalment, l\u2019<b>atenci\u00f3 dividida <\/b>permet processar dos est\u00edmuls o tasques simult\u00e0niament, com escoltar i prendre apunts alhora, tot i que aquesta capacitat \u00e9s limitada i es deteriora si les tasques s\u00f3n complexes.<\/p><p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1546\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1546\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"2061\">La relaci\u00f3 entre l\u2019atenci\u00f3 i la mem\u00f2ria \u00e9s molt estreta. De fet, podem afirmar que l\u2019atenci\u00f3 \u00e9s una condici\u00f3 pr\u00e8via perqu\u00e8 la informaci\u00f3 sigui registrada en la mem\u00f2ria de treball, un sistema que mant\u00e9 i manipula informaci\u00f3 de manera temporal. Aquesta mem\u00f2ria de treball, que t\u00e9 capacitat limitada, necessita una atenci\u00f3 focalitzada i estable per funcionar correctament. Si l\u2019atenci\u00f3 es dispersa o es veu interrompuda, la informaci\u00f3 no es ret\u00e9 i es perd abans de poder ser consolidada a la mem\u00f2ria a llarg termini.<\/p><p data-start=\"1548\" data-end=\"2061\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2626\">A m\u00e9s, els processos de consolidaci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria, especialment la transfer\u00e8ncia del coneixement des de la mem\u00f2ria de treball cap a la mem\u00f2ria a llarg termini, es veuen afavorits per una atenci\u00f3 sostinguda i activa. Quan un individu est\u00e0 atent, el cervell activa circuits neuronals que connecten l\u2019hipocamp, el c\u00f2rtex prefrontal i altres \u00e0rees clau, facilitant l\u2019enregistrament i l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 de la informaci\u00f3. Alhora, mostren <b>hiperfocalitzaci\u00f3 <\/b>en aquelles tasques d&#8217;especial inter\u00e8s.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>Les persones autistes, en canvi, mostren uns patrons atencionals diferents: tamb\u00e9 apareix una <b>hiperfocalitzaci\u00f3 <\/b>en els temes d&#8217;inter\u00e8s, per\u00f2 en aquest cas sol ser molt m\u00e9s profunda, i acompanyada d&#8217;una gran dificultat per canviar el focus atencional (el cervell autista privilegia l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 <b>monotr\u00f2pica<\/b>, \u00e9s a dir, centrada en una \u00fanica cosa, per la qual cosa les activitats que requereixen l&#8217;\u00fas de l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 alternant els resulten especialment complicats).\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><ul><li>Les persones amb altes capacitats solen presentar <b>reptes atencionals <\/b>causats per una major tend\u00e8ncia a la dispersi\u00f3 per avorriment i manca d&#8217;est\u00edmuls i reptes intel\u00b7lectuals, dificultats en la realitzaci\u00f3 de tasques repetitives. L\u2019am\u00edgdala, una estructura del sistema l\u00edmbic, actua com a detector emocional i pot \u201csegrestar\u201d l\u2019atenci\u00f3 quan percep una amena\u00e7a o un est\u00edmul amb fort contingut afectiu. En situacions de benestar emocional, aquest sistema afavoreix l\u2019activaci\u00f3 del c\u00f2rtex prefrontal, que permet regular l\u2019atenci\u00f3, la conducta i els pensaments. Per\u00f2 en moments d\u2019estr\u00e8s intens, ansietat o trauma, es produeix un \u201csegrest amigdalar\u201d: la resposta emocional pren el control i bloqueja les funcions executives, impedint la concentraci\u00f3, la mem\u00f2ria de treball i l\u2019autoregulaci\u00f3. Aix\u00ed, les emocions negatives sostingudes poden interferir greument en la capacitat d\u2019aprendre, mentre que les emocions positives i la sensaci\u00f3 de seguretat afavoreixen la motivaci\u00f3, la flexibilitat cognitiva i la consolidaci\u00f3 de la mem\u00f2ria.<\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"1043\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"2101\">Per aix\u00f2, \u00e9s fonamental que l\u2019entorn educatiu tingui en compte les emocions dels alumnes, especialment aquells que viuen en contextos de risc o vulnerabilitat (com pobresa, conflictes familiars, migraci\u00f3 for\u00e7ada, neglig\u00e8ncia, o malaltia mental). Aquesta mem\u00f2ria permet mantenir la informaci\u00f3 activa mentre es realitza una tasca, per\u00f2 si no s\u2019hi torna a prestar atenci\u00f3 o no es refor\u00e7a, la informaci\u00f3 s\u2019esvaeix r\u00e0pidament. Perqu\u00e8 l\u2019aprenentatge es consolidi, cal que aquesta informaci\u00f3 es transfereixi a la <strong data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"575\">mem\u00f2ria a llarg termini<\/strong>, on queda emmagatzemada de forma m\u00e9s estable. Aquest proc\u00e9s es coneix com a consolidaci\u00f3, i implica la reorganitzaci\u00f3 de connexions neuronals mitjan\u00e7ant la repetici\u00f3, la comprensi\u00f3 i la connexi\u00f3 amb coneixements previs.<\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"795\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"797\" data-end=\"1619\">La mem\u00f2ria a llarg termini es pot dividir en diversos tipus, per\u00f2 en l\u2019aprenentatge acad\u00e8mic destaquen la <strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"926\">mem\u00f2ria declarativa<\/strong> (coneixements expl\u00edcits, com fets i conceptes) i la <strong data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1004\">mem\u00f2ria procedimental<\/strong> (habilitats autom\u00e0tiques, com llegir o resoldre operacions matem\u00e0tiques). Perqu\u00e8 la mem\u00f2ria sigui efectiva, \u00e9s essencial que l\u2019alumne pugui vincular la nova informaci\u00f3 amb esquemes previs, que tingui espais de rep\u00e0s i aplicaci\u00f3, i que l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia d\u2019aprenentatge sigui significativa. A m\u00e9s, la <strong data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1322\">repetici\u00f3 espaiada<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong data-start=\"1326\" data-end=\"1347\">elaboraci\u00f3 activa<\/strong> (com explicar amb les pr\u00f2pies paraules) i la <strong data-start=\"1393\" data-end=\"1438\">variabilitat en els contextos d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3<\/strong> milloren notablement la retenci\u00f3 a llarg termini.
