El diagn\u00f2stic requereix que aquests s\u00edmptomes apareguin abans dels 12 anys, que siguin presents en dos o m\u00e9s entorns (per exemple, casa i escola), i que redueixin significativament la qualitat del funcionament social, acad\u00e8mic o laboral. El DSM-V-TR distingeix tres presentacions principals del TDAH: la predominantment inatenta, la predominantment hiperactiva\/impulsiva, i la combinada. Entre els s\u00edmptomes d\u2019inatenci\u00f3 s\u2019inclouen dificultats per mantenir l\u2019atenci\u00f3, desorganitzaci\u00f3 i descuits freq\u00fcents; mentre que els s\u00edmptomes de hiperactivitat-impulsivitat poden incloure una activitat motora excessiva, dificultats per romandre assegut, parlar en exc\u00e9s o interrompre els altres.<\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"1019\"><br><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1827\">En canvi, des de la perspectiva de la Neurodiversitat, el TDAH, tamb\u00e9 conegut amb el nom d\u2019atenci\u00f3 divergent, \u00e9s un neurotip, no un trastorn. Es caracteritza per una manera diferent de processar la informaci\u00f3 i de respondre a l\u2019entorn, amb capacitats especials per al pensament no lineal, la creativitat espont\u00e0nia i la hiperatenci\u00f3 en \u00e0rees d\u2019inter\u00e8s propi. Aquesta visi\u00f3 defensa que la difer\u00e8ncia atencional no \u00e9s una disfunci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 una variant natural de la cognici\u00f3 humana que pot aportar gran valor a la societat, especialment en entorns que valoren la innovaci\u00f3, la flexibilitat o la resposta r\u00e0pida a est\u00edmuls canviants. Des d\u2019aquest enfocament, el context social i educatiu juga un paper clau en determinar si aquestes difer\u00e8ncies es perceben com una discapacitat o com una capacitat singular.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"2848\">\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6966aa e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f6966aa\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98c0bcb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"98c0bcb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Atenci\u00f3 divergent<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ee837f0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"ee837f0\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-01a6ace elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"01a6ace\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>L\u2019atenci\u00f3 en les persones amb TDAH no \u00e9s deficit\u00e0ria en el sentit cl\u00e0ssic de &#8220;no tenir-ne&#8221;, sin\u00f3 que es tracta d\u2019un <strong data-start=\"401\" data-end=\"443\">patr\u00f3 diferent de regulaci\u00f3 atencional<\/strong>. La dificultat principal no \u00e9s tant posar atenci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 mantenir-la de manera sostinguda, dirigir-la de forma volunt\u00e0ria i regular-la en funci\u00f3 de la import\u00e0ncia d\u2019una tasca. En contextos avorrits o poc estimulants, la ment tendeix a divagar; per\u00f2, paradoxalment, en situacions d\u2019alta motivaci\u00f3 o d\u2019inter\u00e8s personal, poden assolir estats d\u2019<strong data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"804\">hiperatenci\u00f3<\/strong> (o <em data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"820\">hiperfocus<\/em>), on l\u2019individu queda profundament immers en una activitat concreta durant hores.\u00a0<span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">Aix\u00f2 s&#8217;explica per una activaci\u00f3 cerebral diferent de la neurot\u00edpica:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\"><b>C\u00f2rtex prefrontal dorsolateral: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">\u00e9s responsable\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">de les funcions executives com la planificaci\u00f3, la presa de decisions, la regulaci\u00f3 emocional i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 sostinguda. En el TDAH\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">presenta\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px; font-weight: bold;\" data-start=\"1619\" data-end=\"1638\">menor activaci\u00f3<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">\u00a0i una connectivitat funcional redu\u00efda, la qual cosa dificulta mantenir l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 de manera volunt\u00e0ria i regular la impulsivitat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\"><b>C\u00edngol anterior: <\/b>est\u00e0 implicat en el\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">control de l\u2019atenci\u00f3, la detecci\u00f3 d\u2019errors i la regulaci\u00f3 del comportament.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">En el TDAH, sovint mostra\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px; font-weight: bold;\" data-start=\"1918\" data-end=\"1942\">activaci\u00f3 disminu\u00efda<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">, cosa que es tradueix en dificultats per inhibir respostes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\"><b>Estriat:\u00a0 <\/b>f<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">orma part del circuit dopamin\u00e8rgic de recompensa i motivaci\u00f3. E<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">s detecta una\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px; font-weight: bold;\" data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2210\">disminuci\u00f3 dels nivells de dopamina<\/span><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">, un neurotransmissor clau per a la motivaci\u00f3 i la sensaci\u00f3 de recompensa. Aix\u00f2 fa que les tasques rutin\u00e0ries o poc gratificants siguin especialment dif\u00edcils de sostenir.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"letter-spacing: -0.9px;\"><b>Cerebel: <\/b>t<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">radicionalment associat al moviment, per\u00f2 cada cop m\u00e9s vinculat a funcions cognitives com l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i la coordinaci\u00f3 del pensament.\u00a0 E<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">n el TDAH, s\u2019ha trobat que pot tenir<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; letter-spacing: -0.9px;\">\u00a0una activitat irregular.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2686\" data-end=\"2791\">Quan una persona amb TDAH estudia o treballa, les difer\u00e8ncies funcionals del cervell es poden traduir en:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"3164\"><li data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2876\"><p data-start=\"2795\" data-end=\"2876\"><strong data-start=\"2795\" data-end=\"2830\">Dificultat per comen\u00e7ar tasques<\/strong> que no proporcionen una recompensa immediata.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2877\" data-end=\"2945\"><p data-start=\"2879\" data-end=\"2945\"><strong data-start=\"2879\" data-end=\"2911\">Canvis freq\u00fcents d\u2019activitat<\/strong> sense acabar el que han comen\u00e7at.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2946\" data-end=\"3056\"><p data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"3056\"><strong data-start=\"2948\" data-end=\"2976\">Alt nivell de distracci\u00f3<\/strong> davant est\u00edmuls externs (sorolls, converses) o interns (pensaments recurrents).<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3057\" data-end=\"3164\"><p data-start=\"3059\" data-end=\"3164\"><strong data-start=\"3059\" data-end=\"3099\">Alta capacitat creativa i resolutiva<\/strong> en moments de pressi\u00f3 o quan el tema desperta un inter\u00e8s intens.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3166\" data-end=\"3402\">Aquestes difer\u00e8ncies no s\u00f3n s\u00edmptomes d\u2019incapacitat, sin\u00f3 d\u2019un <strong data-start=\"3229\" data-end=\"3280\">cervell amb una arquitectura funcional diferent<\/strong>, que pot destacar en entorns din\u00e0mics, creatius o on es valora la capacitat d\u2019improvisaci\u00f3 i connexi\u00f3 r\u00e0pida entre idees.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a99c30 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5a99c30\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9bbe33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b9bbe33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">TDAH: trastorn neurobiol\u00f2gic o avantatge evolutiu?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f70737 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8f70737\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0a4c192 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0a4c192\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"150\" data-end=\"800\">Diverses teories i autores han considerat el TDAH no nom\u00e9s com una condici\u00f3 amb desafiaments, sin\u00f3 com un possible avantatge evolutiu dins de l&#8217;esp\u00e8cie humana. Un dels referents m\u00e9s destacats d\u2019aquesta visi\u00f3 \u00e9s el psiquiatre <em data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"397\">Edward Hallowell<\/em>, que descriu el cervell amb TDAH com un &#8220;cervell de Ferrari amb frens de bicicleta&#8221;, capa\u00e7 de processar gran quantitat d\u2019est\u00edmuls a gran velocitat per\u00f2 amb dificultats per regular aquest flux. Segons ell, aquesta mena de cervell pot resultar extremadament \u00fatil en entorns que requereixen agilitat mental, resposta r\u00e0pida i pensament creatiu, com els ecosistemes de presa de decisions r\u00e0pida o de crisi.<\/p><p data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"1479\">Un altre autor influent \u00e9s <em data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"844\">Thom Hartmann<\/em>, que en la seva teoria del <em data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"902\">\u201cHunter in a Farmer\u2019s World\u201d<\/em> (Ca\u00e7ador en un m\u00f3n d\u2019agricultors), proposa que les caracter\u00edstiques del TDAH \u2014com la impulsivitat, la hiperactivitat i l\u2019atenci\u00f3 dispersa\u2014 s\u00f3n trets adaptatius que haurien tingut un gran valor en societats de ca\u00e7adors-recol\u00b7lectors. Aquestes persones haurien estat m\u00e9s aptes per explorar territoris nous, detectar perills immediats, prendre decisions intu\u00eftives i mantenir una vigil\u00e0ncia constant sobre l&#8217;entorn. En canvi, aquests mateixos trets poden resultar problem\u00e0tics en entorns sedentaris, com les escoles tradicionals o oficines, que valoren la rutina i la const\u00e0ncia.<\/p><p data-start=\"1481\" data-end=\"2041\">El psic\u00f2leg <em data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1510\">Russell Barkley<\/em>, tot i defensar una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s cl\u00ednica del TDAH, reconeix que certes caracter\u00edstiques poden representar un avantatge evolutiu en entorns determinats. Ha assenyalat que els individus amb TDAH poden mostrar una gran capacitat d\u2019innovaci\u00f3, resist\u00e8ncia al frac\u00e0s, i una energia gaireb\u00e9 inesgotable quan treballen en all\u00f2 que els apassiona. En l&#8217;\u00e0mbit empresarial, art\u00edstic i tecnol\u00f2gic, aquest perfil cognitiu pot ser altament valu\u00f3s, ja que propicia una manera \u00fanica de veure el m\u00f3n i de generar idees fora del pensament convencional.<\/p><p data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2516\">Tamb\u00e9 cal esmentar la mirada de la <em data-start=\"2078\" data-end=\"2127\">fil\u00f2sofa i activista neurodivergent Judy Singer<\/em>, que, tot i no parlar espec\u00edficament del TDAH des d\u2019un punt de vista evolutiu, defensa el concepte de <strong data-start=\"2230\" data-end=\"2249\">neurodiversitat<\/strong> com a valor adaptatiu de l\u2019esp\u00e8cie humana. Segons Singer, la diversitat neurol\u00f2gica, com la que representen el TDAH o l\u2019autisme, no nom\u00e9s ha coexistit amb la societat al llarg del temps, sin\u00f3 que ha estat clau per a la seva evoluci\u00f3 cultural, tecnol\u00f2gica i creativa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4dc50e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"f4dc50e\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
