A l\u2019escola, en entorns socials o davant d\u2019exig\u00e8ncies constants, molts nens i nenes fan un gran esfor\u00e7 per adaptar-se, regular-se i respondre al que s\u2019espera d\u2019ells.<\/p><p data-start=\"269\" data-end=\"642\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"922\">Quan arriben a un espai on se senten segurs \u2014com a casa\u2014, aquesta contenci\u00f3 ja no \u00e9s necess\u00e0ria, i \u00e9s aleshores quan apareix el que solem considerar una &#8220;rebequeria&#8221;. Per\u00f2 no \u00e9s una <strong>p\u00e8rdua de control<\/strong> sense sentit i sovint tampoc una forma de &#8220;manipular&#8221;, sin\u00f3 una manera d\u2019alliberar tensi\u00f3, cansament i emocions que no han pogut expressar abans.<\/p><p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"922\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"1115\">Entendre-ho aix\u00ed ens permet canviar la mirada: no es tracta de corregir la conducta, sin\u00f3 d\u2019acompanyar amb amor, comprensi\u00f3 i l\u00edmits un <strong>sistema emocional que est\u00e0 descarregant<\/strong> tot all\u00f2 que ha sostingut durant massa temps.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6658dc9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6658dc9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Acompanyar les emocions dels infants no \u00e9s ensenyar-los a \u201ccontrolar-se\u201d, sin\u00f3 aprendre a entendre qu\u00e8 estan comunicant amb el que senten.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2f41cc e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e2f41cc\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2bfbd8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b2bfbd8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s acceptar que sentir X emoci\u00f3 no fa les persones bones o dolentes i per tant, cal crear espais per poder expressar de forma sana all\u00f2 que es sent, sense reprimir les emocions inc\u00f2modes. \u00c9s a dir, un nen\/a pot estar molt enfadat i t\u00e9 dret a estar-ho i a expressar-ho <b>de forma sana<\/b>. Perqu\u00e8\u00a0 \u00a0l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 en s\u00ed no est\u00e0 &#8220;b\u00e9&#8221; o &#8220;malament&#8221;. Totes les emocions aporten informaci\u00f3 imprescindible per viure (i sobreviure)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe41dbf e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"fe41dbf\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d712608 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d712608\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Quan una emoci\u00f3 \u00e9s intensa, qu\u00e8 ens est\u00e0 dient el sistema nervi\u00f3s?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e0bcf0b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e0bcf0b\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e1ba31f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e1ba31f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1477\">En infants (i tamb\u00e9 en adults), de vegades veiem reaccions emocionals que no semblen \u201cproporcionals\u201d a la situaci\u00f3, com plors intensos,\u00a0 crits sobtats, bloquejos&#8230; sobretot en el cas d&#8217;infants petits, que tenen el sistema nervi\u00f3s encara immadur, o de persones molt sensibles (especialment les neurodivergents).\u00a0\u00a0Per\u00f2 gr\u00e0cies a la neuroci\u00e8ncia sabem que aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 una altra lectura molt m\u00e9s \u00fatil i compassiva: quan una emoci\u00f3 \u00e9s molt intensa davant d\u2019un est\u00edmul que no \u00e9s objectivament perill\u00f3s, sovint el nostre sistema nervi\u00f3s est\u00e0 activant una\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1333\" data-end=\"1361\">mem\u00f2ria emocional antiga<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1477\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1477\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1477\">\u00c9s a dir, en algun moment del passat, es va viure una situaci\u00f3 similar que va ser dolorosa \u2014emocionalment o f\u00edsicament\u2014, i el cervell ho va registrar com a possible amena\u00e7a. Aquest, que \u00e9s molt literal,\u00a0quan detecta un patr\u00f3 conegut, activa respostes de superviv\u00e8ncia com si estigu\u00e9s passant de nou. Per tant,\u00a0 inicia la\u00a0desc\u00e0rrega de neurotransmissors associats a l\u2019estr\u00e8s i preparaci\u00f3 del cos per a respostes de defensa, fugida o bloqueig.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-gcx1rnn e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"gcx1rnn\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-920e714 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"920e714\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94092f7 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"94092f7\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7f86a88 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7f86a88\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">No \u00e9s, doncs,  una \u201creacci\u00f3 exagerada\u201d, sin\u00f3 una resposta neurobiol\u00f2gica coherent amb la percepci\u00f3 de perill.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bd015f e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0bd015f\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-41405ab e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"41405ab\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e73c5b8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e73c5b8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2280\">Quan aquest sistema d\u2019alerta es mant\u00e9 actiu, sovint apareixen les <strong data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2176\">rumiacions<\/strong>: pensaments repetitius, circulars i poc resolutius que intenten donar explicacions o anticipar perills per a &#8220;preparar-nos&#8221; i protegir-nos d&#8217;aquests. A la pr\u00e0ctica, per\u00f2, generen malestar i no ajuden gaire a protegir-se, per\u00f2 s\u00ed provoquen<\/p><p data-start=\"2096\" data-end=\"2280\">\u00a0<\/p><ul data-start=\"2585\" data-end=\"2707\"><li data-section-id=\"17v665\" data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2638\">Dificultat per calmar-se<\/li><li data-section-id=\"17v665\" data-start=\"2610\" data-end=\"2638\">Preocupaci\u00f3 constant<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1xswu7v\" data-start=\"2639\" data-end=\"2681\">Interpretacions r\u00edgides de la realitat<\/li><li data-section-id=\"r1v4ng\" data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2707\">Augment de l\u2019ansietat<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17d0918 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"17d0918\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-42f381f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"42f381f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2810\">En aquests moments d&#8217;estr\u00e8s intentar raonar per fer-los abaixar l&#8217;angoixa, la por o la ira pot no funcionar d&#8217;entrada i caldr\u00e0 ajudar-lo a &#8220;desactivar&#8221; els mecanismes que desencadenen l&#8217;angoixa, la por o l&#8217;emoci\u00f3 que sigui, ja que en aquests casos no s\u00f3n emocions que responguin a una realitat, sin\u00f3 la resposta a un record dolor\u00f3s. El Sistema nervi\u00f3s tendeix a ser m\u00e9s sensible i, per tant, a percebre m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn i, per tant, es sobrecarrega abans que el de les persones neurot\u00edpiques i col\u00b7lapsa.
