Nos hablan constantemente de lo que nos pasa y de c\u00f3mo nos relacionamos con el mundo. El miedo, por ejemplo, puede bloquearnos e impedirnos hacer cosas que queremos, pero tambi\u00e9n nos protege del peligro. Incluso cuando aparece en situaciones que no representan un riesgo real, nos est\u00e1 dando una pista importante: en alg\u00fan momento, alguna experiencia similar nos caus\u00f3 un da\u00f1o f\u00edsico o emocional que dej\u00f3 huella.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"905\">\n<\/p><p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"905\"><br><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5eb2fd2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5eb2fd2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-babf1f9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"babf1f9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"216\" data-end=\"905\">Escuchar las emociones, en lugar de negarlas o evitarlas, es el primer paso para comprendernos mejor. Y acompa\u00f1ar a los ni\u00f1os en esta escucha es primordial, ya que no nacemos sabiendo identificar ni regular lo que sentimos y el cerebro en desarrollo tiene una capacidad limitada para gestionar emociones como la frustraci\u00f3n o la rabia. En este contexto, las conocidas \u201crabietas\u201d no son una mala conducta ni una forma de manipulaci\u00f3n, sino una expresi\u00f3n de un desbordamiento emocional que no pueden gestionar de otra manera. Detr\u00e1s de estas reacciones hay necesidades o deseos no satisfechos, y el papel del adulto no es eliminarlas, sino acompa\u00f1arlas con calma, poner l\u00edmites claros y ayudar a poner palabras a lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c3c6ee e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0c3c6ee\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52daca0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52daca0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"2112\">Para poder regular una emoci\u00f3n, sin embargo, primero hay que reconocerla. Y eso no siempre es f\u00e1cil. En ni\u00f1os peque\u00f1os, y tambi\u00e9n en personas con alexitimia \u2014una dificultad para identificar y expresar las emociones\u2014, este proceso puede ser especialmente complejo. Es una realidad bastante presente en algunos perfiles neurodivergentes, donde el mundo emocional puede resultar m\u00e1s difuso o dif\u00edcil de verbalizar. Por eso, disponer de herramientas visuales y concretas que ayuden a conectar lo que se siente con el cuerpo y ponerle nombre es clave para avanzar hacia una mayor conciencia emocional.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9545eb2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9545eb2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbceb6b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bbceb6b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2114\" data-end=\"2945\">En este camino, tambi\u00e9n es importante diferenciar situaciones que, desde fuera, pueden parecer similares pero que tienen or\u00edgenes muy diferentes. No es lo mismo una rabieta que un colapso sensorial. En este \u00faltimo caso, no estamos ante una reacci\u00f3n emocional en s\u00ed misma, sino ante una respuesta fisiol\u00f3gica del sistema nervioso ante una sobrecarga de est\u00edmulos. Cuando el cerebro recibe m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n de la que puede procesar \u2014ruido, luz, contacto, cansancio o estr\u00e9s\u2014, activa mecanismos de defensa a trav\u00e9s del sistema nervioso central y estructuras como la am\u00edgdala, entrando en modo de alerta o supervivencia. En este estado, la persona no puede razonar ni controlar su conducta de manera voluntaria: el cuerpo reacciona con llanto, gritos, huida o bloqueo. Entender esta diferencia es esencial para poder ofrecer el acompa\u00f1amiento adecuado.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7476331 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"7476331\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-004b016 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"004b016\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"3427\">Cuando el cuerpo entra en este estado de alerta, necesita volver a sentirse seguro. Aqu\u00ed es donde la respiraci\u00f3n se convierte en una herramienta fundamental. Respirar de forma lenta y consciente ayuda a regular el sistema nervioso y a reducir la activaci\u00f3n, facilitando el retorno a la calma. Junto con otras estrategias como el movimiento, los espacios tranquilos o los objetos reguladores, la respiraci\u00f3n puede ayudar a romper estos estados de hiperactivaci\u00f3n que a menudo se traducen en conductas poco adaptativas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-99497b9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"99497b9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0bc76d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0bc76d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-start=\"3429\" data-end=\"3793\">Otro aspecto clave en la gesti\u00f3n emocional es el di\u00e1logo interno. La forma en que nos hablamos influye directamente en c\u00f3mo nos sentimos y en c\u00f3mo afrontamos las dificultades.
